Our Ethos

The Oasis is a Christian-based organisation which works from an ethos of compassion, care and respect. We welcome clients of all faiths and of none.

Our volunteers are trained to work in a way that is sensitive and appropriate to the client’s culture and beliefs, offering an unbiased, non-judgemental service which aims to build confidence and self-esteem.

At The Oasis we recognise the value of each individual and do not discriminate on the grounds of race, religion, disability, gender or sexual orientation.
